SEND US YOUR PRINTS

Simply capture your prints on paper. You can use previously captured prints such as from a birth certificate, or you can capture new prints. Please be sure to capture prints on white, unlined paper. After capturing your prints and placing your order, take a picture of the prints captured on paper, and upload the picture to our website.

We highly recommend using our Ink-less Print Kit to capture your prints on paper. Our mess free kits use no ink for easy print capturing and clean up.

PERSONALIZE YOUR MUG

You can personalize your mug by adding a message, names, and dates. You can also choose your fonts and colors for the prints and personalized text. Please add your personalization to the text box when ordering. 

DOUBLE SIDED MUGS

Want a double-sided mug for extra personalization or a second print design? No problem! Just select a double-sided mug when ordering for an extra design fee.

Our mugs are created to last forever! The design and personalization is guaranteed to never fade or scratch off. They are kiln fired multiple times to ensure they forever remain dishwasher and microwave safe.

PROOFS

We will send you a proof of your design to the email provided on your order. We will not proceed with the creation of your mug until we have received your proof approval. We may need to reduce your print size to fit the design space and will let you know if we do on your proof.

Our mugs are extra-large and 20 ounces! The mug shape may slightly change based on our available inventory, but the mug size will always be the same.
