Store & Studio Policies
Our keepsakes are personalized and handmade, and due to the nature of our work, we do not accept order cancellations once an order has been submitted. We have many processes in place to ensure you receive an Heirloom Quality Keepsake, exactly as you ordered. If an error was made during our production process, we will gladly recreate the keepsake.
Your order will arrive professionally packed, and ready for gift giving. Rarely, a mishandled package from a postal carrier may occur. In the event this happens, we will re-create your keepsake within 1 week, and re-ship your order.
Delivery & Order Dates
For event orders, please refer to your event host for delivery & order date deadlines.
All other orders can expect to ship within 3 weeks of your order, and 2 weeks after you approve your order and design proof which we send via email. We may be able to accommodate rush orders depending on our production schedule, so please contact us if you need an order sooner.
