Questions About Your Prints

How do I send you my print?

How do I capture my print?

You can capture your prints using any method you would like including paint and ink. However, the print must be captured on white, unlined paper.

We recommend using our Ink-less Print Kit to capture your prints, as it's the easiest way to capture a print and the fine lines and wrinkles which make each print unique.

Can I use a print previously captured such as on a birth record?

Yes you can! We will "remove" your captured prints from your document as long as it's captured on white paper. Please note, the print must have been captured on white paper.

Will you keep my prints true to size?

If the design and product you choose will allow us to keep the prints true to size, we certainly will! For example, most mug designs will require the print to be reduced to fit the design space, but most wall art designs will keep your prints true to size.

It's important that you measure your prints and provide us with the print measurements when you send us your prints.

Will you keep my prints on file so I can order another gift in the future?

We do our best to keep all print and design files in our system, although, we do not guarantee it. We recommend storing a copy of your print pictures for future ordering.

What if I can't capture a print, can I request you use a generic print?

Yes! We can use a generic image of a print upon request.

How do I order?

Can I place an order before I capture my prints?

Yes! We require you to order before you send us your prints. You will need to provide an order number when sending us your prints, as shown on our "How To Order" page.

We will place your order on hold until we receive your prints.

Will I get a proof of my order before it's created?

Yes! We will email you a proof of your personalized design before we create your order. Our proof process ensures all personalization is correct.

Questions About Products

Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes! Our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, we do recommend handwashing mugs when possible, to extend the quality of the design over the years.

Are the Ink-less Print Kits baby safe?

Absolutely! Our Ink-less Print Kits are always non-toxic and baby safe.

Can I have two designs on a mug?

Yes! Our mugs are double sided, and we can create a design on each side. Please note, there is an upgrade fee for double sided mugs with two designs.

Can I specify what size I want my wall art design to be created?

Yes! When ordering, you will be asked if you have a preferred design size (5"x7", 8"x10". 11"x14"). This will allow you to plan for a matching frame size. Alternatively, you can also choose to let us decide the design size. This will allow us to keep your prints true to size.

Can I order a digital file of my design?

At this time we are not offering this service.

I don't see the design I want in your available design collections, can I have one custom created?

Possibly! Our customers have been our greatest inspiration over the years, and we are always open to having a discussion about creating custom designs.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please refer to our Current Shipping Schedule which highlights our current production and shipping timelines. Holidays are our busiest time of year and may require additional shipping time. Please consider placing an order early!

Can you ship to a PO Box?

We do not currently ship to PO Boxes

Will everything I order ship at the same time?

We cannot guarantee that everything you order will ship together. We will ship your order based on our production methods, and timeline of when each order is created.

What is your refund and return policy?

Since each product we create is personalized, we cannot offer returns.

We also do not offer refunds after an order is placed, even if you have not sent us your prints. We have many steps in the process of creating designs and products, which begin from when we receive your order.

If you are unhappy with your finalized product due to our production error, we will work together to re-create the item to your complete satisfaction.

Do you ship overseas?

We are shipping to USA addresses only at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?

Each order placed is able to ship to one address. If you would like to order multiple items, each shipping to different recipients, please place individual orders.
