All of our products are created by us in our Michigan based ceramic studio. They undergo an extensive creative process, and are created using the highest quality standards possible. Our ceramic keepsakes are kiln fired multiple times for over 24 hours at 2,000 degrees and the design and personalization is guaranteed to never fade or scratch off! All of our products are forever dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe.
We have several studio processes in place such as sending a proof of your order to ensure you receive a high quality and accurately customized keepsake.
Due to the custom and hand created nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if an error was made during the creation process, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority, and we will always work to guarantee you receive a high quality keepsake you love.
