Proof Approval

After your prints have been captured and collected, we will send a proof of your completed design via email to approve. Please note: we cannot proceed with creating your order until your proof is approved, so please anticipate our email.

Turn around Time

Event orders can take up to 3 weeks to create and ship after we receive your proof approval.

Handprints and Footprints

At the event, we will capture and collect the prints needed to complete your order using our Ink-less Print Kit. Optionally, you can provide the event host with a copy of previously captured prints. We can use any prints captured on paper, such as birth certificate prints.

Shipping 

All event orders will be shipped to the "Ship To" location included on your order. If you need us to ship keepsakes to multiple addresses, please place individual orders per shipping address.
