Orders
Families will order their keepsakes on this website and will include your event code at checkout.
Capturing and Collecting Prints
After the event order deadline date, we will create a list of families who ordered, and whose prints need to be captured at your event. We will send detailed instructions and complimentary Ink-less Print Kits to ensure capturing the prints is easy and fun. Once all prints have been captured, you will ship us the prints using the provided pre-paid Priority Mail envelope.
Order Proofs
All families will receive a proof of their keepsake via email to approve and confirm their order and personalization.
Shipping
Orders will ship FREE directly to the "Ship To" address provided on the order. Keepsakes may take up to two weeks to ship after the family approves their proof. All orders will ship USPS Priority Mail, perfectly packaged and ready for gift giving.
Event Host Rewards
Event hosts will receive incentives based on overall event orders. Optionally, incentives can be donated to one of the non-profit organizations we support, or another cause of your choice. Please contact us to learn about host rewards and incentives.
Booking an Event
Please fill out the form below to inquire about hosting an event. Please note we are only able to offer a limited number of events per year due to the handmade nature of our products. Booking at least 3 months in advance is recommended to secure your chosen event date. Please note: We are currently not booking events in May, November, or December.
Recurring Events
Some of our Event hosts prefer to host multiple events per year, and have become a trusted resource in their local communities. A place where families can have their prints captured, collected, and turned into beautiful keepsakes to be cherished forever. Recurring event hosts can receive extra incentives!
